At Beamwiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@beamwiz.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return: email us at info@beamwiz.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For UPI payments, refunds are credited back to the same UPI-linked bank account. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — we will contact you for your bank details.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Beamwiz will bear the return shipping cost. For all other returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The following items cannot be returned: items that are worn, washed, or altered; items without original tags and packaging; items returned after the 7-day return window; and items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no additional cost.
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition but is still in a resalable state, at the discretion of our quality team.
