Yes, all prices displayed on Beamwiz are inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — there are no hidden charges.

We accept UPI payments (through apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm) and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through a secure, certified payment gateway.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encrypted payment processing. We do not store any payment card details, UPI IDs, or bank account information on our servers, in compliance with RBI guidelines.

Payment is deducted immediately when you complete the UPI transaction. We only send a payment confirmation email after we receive successful payment verification from our gateway.

If your payment fails, the order will not be confirmed. You will receive a payment failure notification. Any debited amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days.

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days.

Shipping is Rs. 79 per order. Orders above Rs. 999 qualify for free shipping across India.

We deliver pan-India. You can check serviceability by entering your pincode at checkout. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, please contact us.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is credited back to the original payment method.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

We strive for accuracy, but minor variations in colour may occur due to screen display settings and photography lighting. We describe materials and dimensions as precisely as possible.
